Vallenero uses the information you submit through our contact form only to review and respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to manage related pre-contract or business communication with you.

Information collected
The enquiry form collects your name, work email address, company name, selected enquiry topic and message. Please do not submit sensitive, confidential or special personal information through the form.
Voluntary submission
Submitting an enquiry is voluntary. However, if you do not provide the required contact information, Vallenero may not be able to review or respond to your enquiry.
How it is used
Enquiries are delivered to info@vallenero.co.za so Vallenero can review and respond and manage relevant pre-contract or business communication. Form submissions do not subscribe you to marketing messages and do not generate an automated reply.
Service providers and location
Azure Communication Services delivers the notification email and Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent automated abuse. These providers may process information outside South Africa. Where this happens, Vallenero takes reasonably practicable steps to use providers and arrangements that support appropriate protection of personal information.
Retention
Vallenero keeps enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the enquiry, manage related business communication, keep appropriate business records, and meet applicable legal or operational requirements.
Security
Vallenero takes reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect enquiry information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure.
Your rights and requests
You may ask Vallenero to access, correct or delete enquiry information relating to you, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements. To make a request, email info@vallenero.co.za. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa if you believe your personal information has been processed unlawfully.
